Overview
Our commercial team is involved in all build schemes from inception to completion. Working closely with multiple departments, ensuring schemes are commercially viable prior to purchasing land, overseeing the procurement and managing of materials and subcontractors for site, and ensuring costs are closely monitored throughout to ensure the build is delivered both on time and to budget.

As part of the commercial team, you will need sound organisational, communication, and numerical skills. You will have a good awareness of Bellway’s wider business goals and you will be able to work to deadlines and deliver against targets. You will play a key role in negotiating for services and materials and, therefore, you will be able to build strong and influential working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
