Overview
Our regional design and technical teams are responsible for creating and planning our developments – they work closely with the local authority planning department to ensure we have all relevant planning permissions. You’ll be involved in creating the layouts of our developments, from foundations to house designs and even the community spaces.
Is a job in technical right for you?
As well as being technically and creatively brilliant, you also need to be flexible, a good problem solver, have strong communication skills, attention to detail, think imaginatively, and have strong business insight as you’ll need to find solutions to complex and unique issues.
