Our sales team’s primary role is then to sell the houses, but they are also there to provide an exceptional customer experience and help guide customers throughout the buying process, from reservation through to exchange or legal completion. The look and feel of the development is the responsibility of the sales team and this includes the fitting out of sales offices and show-homes, signage, landscaping, and most of all maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Some of the team work on-site based in sales offices and other support from the divisional office, however, regardless of the location each role contributes to putting our customers first and your expertise, professionalism, and willingness to support without adding pressure could influence their decision making.
