We are delighted to share that our 2023 cohort of graduates have now completed their final skills workshop. This skills workshop was centred around leadership skills, adapting to change, giving and receiving feedback - all highly useful skills as they transition off-programme into roles in their chosen discipline. 

While at the workshop, we thought it was a perfect opportunity to present our highly anticipated Graduate of the Year award. After receiving some fabulous nominations for the Graduate of the Year 2025, the panel have reached a decision, and we are thrilled to announce the results. 

Graduate of the Year 2025: Reena Bhica 

A huge congratulations to Reena Bhica, Technical Graduate from our Kent Division, for winning Bellway’s Graduate of the Year 2025!

A common theme throughout Reena’s nominations was her positive attitude and the impact this has had on her team. She has “made a huge positive impression with her happy demeanour and can-do attitude”.

Not only does Reena excel in her job role, but she also embraces the ‘Better with Bellway’ way, by consistently engaging with charitable causes. One colleague said, “we are doing a charity sky dive later this month & she was the first person to sign up!”

Reena is a fantastic role model for other women in the field, with one of our technical apprentices explaining, “Reena has been an incredible help to me as an apprentice”, and another telling us, “Reena has organised a picnic for all of the ladies in the office… [to] bring everyone together.”
