As a land manager, I am responsible for identifying sites suitable for development.

I will make the initial approach to a landowner, work closely with the planning team to understand the likelihood of planning permission being granted for a scheme, then negotiate commercial terms with the landowner to secure the site for Bellway.

My role sees me work with a number of different experts, including surveyors, solicitors, land agents and engineers.

I am proud to say that I have successfully secured a number of sites during my time at Bellway, ensuring my division has a varied portfolio of sites to bring forward over the business plan period.

As a team, we all get on and work really well together. We all bring different skill sets together to ensure we secure a site in the best way possible.
