There is an exciting opportunity to join Bellway, one of the UK’s largest house builders. Our Head Office located in Woolsington is looking to recruit a Copywriter to join our Marketing Team.
The Role
Reporting to and assisting the Group Digital Marketing Manager, you will produce engaging, purposeful and authoritative content for the company’s customer-facing function.
Principal accountabilities of the Copywriter role include:
- Working to a detailed brief to research, write and publish development listings for the Bellway brands, in order to drive and support sales within the company divisions;
- Researching and writing additional copy as necessary, which may include product guides, corporate information and creative blog content, and applying SEO best practice where appropriate;
- Ensuring that all copy produced is in keeping with defined tone of voice and style guidelines for each of the Bellway brands, and understanding the needs and expectations of the audience for each type of content;
- Liaising with the divisional sales teams and external agencies to maintain and enhance website development copy, and coordinate wider marketing content as required;
- Independently managing multiple projects and ensuring that content is published and updated within defined timeframes;
- Understanding and staying up to date with industry news, trends and financial products;
- Maintaining the company asset library and providing media for wider company requirements when requested.
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
- Experience in the role of Copywriter
- Demonstrable experience of producing a diversity of content types to a brief, and for a range of marketing channels and objectives.
- Knowledge of the Property Industry is desirable.
Qualifications and Training:
- Degree Qualified in a relevant subject area.
