There is an exciting opportunity to join Bellway, one of the UK’s largest house builders. Our North West Division is looking to recruit an Administrator to join the Division.

The Role

The role of Divisional Administrator provides effective and timely administrative support to the Commercial Function of the Business, with some assistance to the Build Department as required.

Principal accountabilities of the role include:

  • Support the Commercial Team with Sales Administration for Clients Extras, including order placement with Subcontractors, liaison with Site Staff and Sales Teams.
  • Support the Commercial Director, with secretarial support such as producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing, diary management, organising meetings and general administration.
  • Support the Build Director, with secretarial support such as producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing, diary management, organising meetings and general administration.
  • Provide cover for critical tasks during leave periods

Experience, Qualifications and Skills

Experience

  • Previous experience of working in a busy secretarial/ administrative role

Qualifications and Training

  • GCSE Maths and English grade 4/C (or equivalent) or above

Skills and Aptitude

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong communicating and listening skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work on own as well as part of a team
  • Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and the ability to adapt to new systems
