There is an exciting opportunity to join Bellway, one of the UK’s largest house builders. Our Manchester Division located in Warrington is looking to recruit a Customer Care Administrator to join the Division’s Customer Care team.
The Role
This role reports of the Division’s Head of Customer Care.
This is a Temporary 12 month contract.
Principal accountabilities of the role include:
- Update NHBC scores weekly
- Send out live survey monitor weekly
- Help pick up the phones for the customer care team and reception
- Complete letter drops when necessary
- Scan and upload documents when necessary
- Complete meeting minutes in weekly customer care meeting and send to team
- Print out the build programmes weekly for Construction Director, Contracts Managers and send out to sites
- Aid the Construction Secretary weekly completing general administrative tasks
- Help cover reception when needed.
- Confirm maintenance diary weekly
- Close and file all maintenance job sheets weekly, ring customers to confirm completion of job
- Sign off invoices when appropriate
- Upload site paperwork to the system
- Send the Post Legal report weekly
- Maintain Orders with Buying spreadsheet
- Chase orders
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
Experience
- Experience of working as an Administrator in a fast paced environment.
- Experience of working within the construction or house building sector is desirable.
Qualifications and Training
- GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4+ (or equivalent)
Skills and Aptitude
- Effective listening skills
- Ability to communicate well at all levels, internally with the team and externally with customers and site managers
- Good administration skills
- Ability to multitask
- Organised and able to manage their own workload
- Able to work to stick to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment, as well as completing any ad hoc tasks
- Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and outlook)

The Role and Working Conditions
- Willing to be flexible in respect to day to day duties and hours worked
- Ability to travel to all development sites, including the divisional office
- This is a Temporary 12 month fixed term contract.
