Bellway Homes Group office are looking to recruit for an Apprentice HR Administrator, based in our central HR department in Newcastle upon Tyne.
How does the apprenticeship programme work?
Our exciting and innovative Apprenticeship Programmes are designed to attract and develop a diverse range of talented individuals who will contribute to the continued growth and success of our business. You will be enrolled onto a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship and will attend weekly in-person sessions at Newcastle College at their Rye Hill Campus. Upon successful completion, you will have the opportunity to be enrolled onto a CIPD apprenticeship for further learning opportunities.
The Role
As an Apprentice HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team with a wide range of administrative tasks in a fast paced and dynamic environment with a focus on Learning & Development activities that promote employee growth and organisational success. You will be assisting in coordinating training programmes, maintaining employee development records and supporting initiatives that help build our reputation as an employer of choice.

Principle accountabilities of the Apprentice HR Administrator role include:
- Participate in and support HR projects
- Maintain and update training records
- Management of the learning and development inbox – acting as first point of contact for queries and assigning tasks to L&D Advisory team as appropriate
- Prepare management information reports as requested
- Attend events and support school outreach activity as a brand ambassador
- Provide day to day advice to employees on general learning related queries, requests and Company policies and procedures
- Create and update courses on our learning management system
- Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department.

- In order to be considered for this programme you must be able to prove eligibility to work in the UK
